Have to say we had a great experience, had an idea of what we wanted and with the help of Nigel we found a great caravan and got a fantastic deal. No pressure left us alone when we need time just to sit in the caravans, but was there to answer all of our questions. The other members of staff were very polite and helpful to thanks also to Paul. See you all soon to pick her up and be our semi local store. Cheers guys

This place is going rapidly downhill. I phoned recently to ask if they could supply & fit a replacement fridge. They told me that it would be at least three months before they could do that. A place in Loughborough has me sorted out within a fortnight. And then today, I popped in for a replacement gas cylinder. 'Oh, we've not got one in that size...' No mention of when they'd be getting some more in, just 'sorry'.But they weren't really, they just didn't give a flying fig.I won't be going back again. Other caravanning places are available.
To all the people who have complained about the staff. We have been dealing with them for 8 years and NEVER once had reason to moan. They have always been helpful. kind and not pushy which is why they do not dive on when you look around, unlike sales men in other places who will not leave you alone We have just bought our 4th caravan from them and will not be going else where for servicing or advise. THANK YOU TO THEM ALL.
