I don't normally leave reviews or use the internet as I am old school and would rather sort problems out in person but it is difficult for me in this situation as I am very angry. I have got my grandson to join the internet and write this for me. All i want to do is make you aware that this garage have no morals. I part exchanged my car which i have now found out i was paid well below market value but im a silly old fool and didn't realise at the time, i am aware that i am solely to blame and this man has to make money but i am a 73 old and feel like i have been taken advantage of.
Strange place. Test drove a car and the mileage didnt match what it said on the website. I questioned this and the man suddenly forgotten how to speak English.
Had nothing but problems with the car since we bought it, even though it had been serviced and had a fresh MOT. Tried to charge for using a credit card to pay which is illegal. We did take it back the day after we bought it as it was juddering which theyd supposedly fixed however 3 months on still have the same problem
Had to take the van for MOT. Very professional, friendly guy. Does a thorough job. If you're in the area and need to service or MOT your vehicle, I would recommend this garage.
