Great car buying experience, no pressure, answered all my question both in person and on the phone . I turned up early to collect my new car and was dealt with immediately it was spotlessly clean and ready to go. Thank you for all your help would definitely recommend .

Dreadful service. I travelled 4 hours to purchase a car which was described as immaculate. When i viewed the car it was far from it. a poorly filled in dent with the paint bubbling. scratches on the bumpers which had been filled in with what looked like tippex. rip in the seat and a big chip in the windscreen. to top it off the sunroof didn't even open fully.To when i questioned the arrogant salesman he replied saying i didn't see these marks as the cars are packed too closely together and that the windscreen had passed the MOT. I wouldn't ever give this garage the time of day after making it extremely clear that i was coming from a long distance and didn't want to be mucked about.
We purchased a Toyota Auris Hybrid that we had seen on there website. We were very well looked after by GARY MARSON who made our purchase so easy from start to finish. The car looked brilliant it was value for money just hope the car gives me stress free in the coming years ahead. Surely will come again to this place either to part ex or to by a vehicle.
Loads of negative reviews on here....and I agree with them. I purchased a car and had to drive it away on fumes as it had zero fuel. You pay 14k for a car and they can't even ensure you have fuel to get to the petrol station. They just didn't give a hoot. Car then developed countless problems within 6 months and they didn't want to know. After sales care was non existent and they refused to rectify the faults. Good job the Judge at the county court agreed with me. Absolute jokers.
