Terrible experience this is the 2nd time Ive visited this vets to be given wrong information all to try and get money. First time my dog had a lump which I was worried about and was told by Vets Value that it needed testing and removing which was going to cost me 700 plus as was given a price over the phone. As I didnt have much faith in there advice I went to China house vets (amazing) they took one feelOf the lump and said it was a fatty lump and to leave it as it would put my dog under more stress to remove. Since that Id not been back until my dog was in an accident and needed to be seen quickly so I had no choice but to take him back there but thought hey maybe 2nd time lucky, my dog had been scratched across the front of his eye and I was told by the vet that he could lose his sight but will give him medication for a few weeks , I took him back for his check up and was told it not healing and to give it another week which I did , he then had a check up where my brother took him and was told that he needed an operation to get it better (joke). I then took him back to China house for a 2nd opinion where I was told to leave it as it should heal which is what I have done and guess what its healed. So thank goodness I never listened to Vet Value. Rude vet and theres no honesty just money making as twice they have tried to get my dog in for an operation. Terrible
Expert service. Although vet does make us feel as if we are being told off every time we go. No complaints about service though and will continue to go there
