Absolutely gutted with this company.I rang to see if I could book an appointment, I was told I could wait in all day but they couldn't garantee I would be seen. As I started to respond, "I have a seven month old baby-" I was cut off, with the women on the other end of the phone saying "that's not my problem, he'll get to you if he gets to you"I was going to say "so waiting around isn't convenient, could I book in advance for another day" but after being greeted with that response I decided a different company was a better idea!
