We rang up to order our takeaway as just eat was down. On calling the girl was very friendly and took down my order, she even relayed it to me, she said it would be 30-45 mins she read out my address and I hung up. After an hour went by I rang up to check on my orders status, she shouted to the back and they said its gone out with the driver but to the wrong address. I gave her my address again and she said OK no problem I will let our driver know. Not 3 minutes after I hung up they rang back. They said no order had been made to this address or the wrong one they had given me and they hadn't cooked any of the food. They offered to make the order and get it out as soon as they could but by this point we had enough of waiting so went elsewhere.
