The place is deceptively big, and has plenty of different household goods. All are priced very reasonably. The owner and his son are brilliant and have a very professional outlook. The only thing that sets it down now is the female member of staff that now works there. I have been popping into to this place every now and then for the last four years, however I came in to provide them with a set of my old dining glasses and a Russel hobbs iron for free and I didn't even receive a thank you. It's a shame as without the personal touch the place is very similar to a standard high street charity store.

My heroes. I had booked the Sofa Charity to come and clear my sister-in-law's house today. I had to phone them on another matter only to discover that they were not coming and couldn't find any paperwork. I had the cleaning company booked for tomorrow and was handing the keys back on Saturday - panic attack. Went into New and Nearly and they managed to come out this afternoon and cleared everything. I am so grateful, nervous breakdown averted. Thanks guys.
