As always excellent service from both doctors and nursing staff. Reception staff always pleasant and helpful. Never had a problem with any of my appointments and I have had rather a lot over the last five years. The best surgery I have been to.
Ive never had a good experience at this doctors surgery. The doctors dont care and they never help. You only get judged and the receptionists dont care either. They need to get rid of some of the doctors there I dont know how they even qualified

Needed an appointment started ringing before 8.30 couldn't get through. By the time I did all appointments were gone. Had a sit and wait appointment appalling had to wait over an hour unacceptable. Have to say when I did see Doctor she was amazing and supportable to why I felt so I'll. She was brilliant. Have to say I work in a practice we have sit and wait appointment . No one of our sit and wait has to wait more than 12 hour..so over an hour is appalling . Needs urgent improving . Terrible appalling.
