Sunday 9th December--very disappointed with your lack of response especially when the NHS help-line recommended to give your practice a call I rang @9-00am for an emergency appointment--receptionist advised can't give you a time Dentist will ring you back--nothing--rang again @10-00am receptionist answered & took my details again--Dentist will ring you back--nothing--I just had a feeling that it was a total waste of my time & I was right in my assumption----Thank you for your response much appreciated---but why didn't the "Receptionist Service you subscribe to" just say "NO DENTIST" here today sorry---I could have accepted that & gone elsewhere in the limited Sunday available time frame
Have been using Charnwood for a number of years. Called last week for an emergency appointment as I thought I had an infected tooth. Asked to come at 2pm and was warned may be a sit and wait as fully booked but seen by 2.30. Kush is great - really puts you at ease. Unfortunately I know I need further work which will be root canal or extraction but am confident they will make things as easy as possible.
Genuinely super impressed! Lovely lovely dentist. Non judgemental and gave great advice! Felt completely at ease. Plus they were so kind to my little 5 month old and helped me when I was having my consultation. Especially challenging as he had cut his first tooth. Great service!
