The 2 guys that work here are absolutely spot on. I travel from the other side of Leicester with any car issue I have had, purely because they go above and beyond to be helpful and offer advice (even to the point where the will point you to another specialist if it makes financial sense to you to do so).I will always travel to these, based on excellent, professional service. Have got me out of a pickle without making me bankrupt a number of times now. Highly recommended for good honest advice.
I have been using Shepshed mot centre for some months now, they mot my fleet of works vans. I can only say good things about the service I receive. The Mots are carried out efficiently and at a very competitive price. Any repairs needed are also carried out at very competitive rates too.
Had a few problems with the car and they bent over backwards to sort it out cheers lads
Took car in for MOT only to find that work carried out resulted in loss of power steering. Garage denied that it was their fault, even though they drove car into their workshop and power steering was fine. Despite many calls to the owner these were ignored and had to take to a local garage and spend in excess of 1000 to get the problem resolved. Very poor service and no after sales service. Avoid like the plague.
Came to this garage needing an mot urgently on my car and the staff have been amazing and sorted it out for me without a problem. I would highly recommend them for an mot for your car
